One of the first things you want to do when you move to a new home is to make sure the landscaping is precise. Whether you mow your own lawn or hire a company to come every week, the lawn offers the best kind of curb appeal any house needs. If you follow a few tips, you can have a beautiful lawn and some yard basics down that makes neighbors envious.
Shrubs and Trees
While shrubs can provide privacy if planted near windows or along the side of the lawn, you should keep them trimmed so they aren’t overgrown. The same should be done with trees. Keep dead limbs cut back as these can fall on the lawn or even on top of your roof. Pruning limbs yourself isn’t too difficult a job, but if you aren’t sure where to start cutting, have a professional come show you what you need to know.

If there has been a lot of rain, this is a schedule that should be maintained. Don’t mow when it’s hot and dry, as it could burn the grass. You also don’t want to have any clippings left over, as this is robbing the grass of essential nutrients that have emerged since you have let it get so high.
Your yard is part of your home’s overall appearance and should showcase your personality with its decorations and design. Maintain your lawn with fertilizer and routine mowing so it is properly manicured. Once you have started taking care of the lawn on a
